Scott Lee Richardson

Written by Obituary. Posted in Obituaries

4451194Scott was born on January 19th to Bill and Marie Richardson in Houston, Texas. His early years he played lots of sports. Mainly football and baseball. Scott went to Parkview and Rayburn and played football there as well. After school he became a plumber and worked for Harris County with his dad.
Every morning they would ride together to work. He enjoyed his private times with his dad. He soon started a family, becoming a step father to John Wynkoop and a father to Meagan and Mason Richardson. Scott’s love for music was out of this world. He sang at weddings, clubs, or just grabbed his guitar and sat outside and sang to friends. He used to always tell me he was going to make it big like Garth Brooks one day. He had a taste for always matching. His shoes hat and shirt had to match, and if he could find a watch the same color as his outfit, even better. He used to talk in a Donald duck voice, always making people laugh. His personality was phenomenal. The very reason he has so many friends and people who cared for him. Scott is survived by his step son John Wynkoop, daughter Meagan Richardson, son Mason Richardson, father Bill Richardson, mother Marie Richardson, three sisters Kim Harvell, Brenda Abbott, and Lisa Hammerly, granddaughter Elizabeth Richardson-Guerrero. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 2, 2017 in the Chapel of Deer Park Funeral Director with Pastor Jerry Garner officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until service time. Deer Park Funeral Directors, 336 E. San Augustine, Deer Park, Texas 77536, 281-476-4693.
