Pee Wee
The 2016 Pee Wee Seminoles capped off an incredible undefeated season with a 13-7 Super Bowl victory in overtime against the Manvel Texans at Rice Stadium. It was very much a defensive battle with Deer Park and Manvel flying to the football and not allowing drives to sustain throughout the morning. Haden LaFrenz crossed the goal line for both of the Seminoles scores with the winning TD scored in overtime after the ‘Noles defense came up big with a huge stop to keep the Texans off the board. Lian Kiefer had a key block to spring LaFrenz free and the ‘Noles were able to hold off Manvel for the Super Bowl Championship.
