Deer Park City Council will discuss and take action on awarding a bid to construct the new city hall building. The item is part of a long action agenda set for Tuesday night. The workshop will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the council meeting at 7:30 p.m. Both take place in Council Chambers at City Hall, 710 E. San Augustine St.
