Roy Steelhammer, born in Brady, Texas, passed away on March 13, 2017 in Webster, Texas.

Roy grew up in Alice, Texas and was a long time resident of Pasadena, Texas and Cleveland, Texas. He proudly served in the United States Air Force as an airplane mechanic. He retired as a pipefitter lived in the Cleveland area. He enjoyed making soap, fishing, hunting, and bio-diesel. He also enjoyed fixing and tinkering with machinery.

Roy is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Marion Ladner Steelhammer; parents, AH Steelhammer and Mollie Steelhammer; brothers, Albert Earl Steelhammer and James Sidney Steelhammer; and nephew, Dennis Earl Steelhammer.

He is survived by his children, Carlie Case, Tom Steelhammer, and Linda (Ross) Eliason; grandchildren, Travis (Karen) Mims, Erica Eliason, Emily Steelhammer, and Gina Eliason; nephew, James (Margaret) Edward Steelhammer, 3 great grandsons and many friends.

A graveside service will be held Friday, March 17, 2016 at 10:00am at Hymen Cemetery in Coldspring, Texas.

Hadley passed peacefully in the presence of his family members March 18, 2017 at Serenity Gardens in Friendswood, TX.

He was born June 30, 1938 in Rockport, MO. He was the son of Hadley and Lilly Clark. As a child he and his family moved to Joplin, MO. Hadley married Jeannine Roderique of Carl Junction, MO, they moved to Tyler, TX where they lived for 5 years before moving to Pasadena, TX.

Hadley was an employee of Brown and Root for 28 years until he retired at age 55. He is survived by his wife Jeannine, daughter , Julie Cloninger, and grandsons, Jeremy Galloway and Cody Cloninger. Also survived by his sister, Maxine Thompson and brother, Jerry Clark. Proceeded in death by his parents, and sons, Dennis and Mickey Clark, brothers, Jim and Bruce Clark, and brother-in-law Beauford Thompson.

He had many hobbies which included golfing, gardening, volunteering at Red Bluff Elementary, coaching girls softball, and ushering at church.
